Our Site Services Technical and shutdown team is looking for: Self-motivated, flexible, safety and customer focused Technical Advisors with demonstrated supervisory experience to join the team. This role is designed to oversee the coordination of:

Mechanical service and maintenance work carried out for our clients on our OEM Equipment during planned shut-down periods Project Equipment Mechanical Installation & Commissioning This will include:

Inspections, testing, and analysis on the proficiency of the equipment Planned and unplanned maintenance and repairs The ability to read technical drawings and schematics, along with your excellent planning are key criteria for this position.

What you bring: Mechanical Fitter / Machinist or similar mechanical trade background, ideally with experience in fixed plant Mining equipment Demonstrated commitment to safety and customer service orientation Technical advisory experience with OEM equipment - such as crushers, mills, screens, thickeners, Belt Filters, flotation cells, stackers, reclaimers and ship loaders Significant Hard Rock experience desirable Supervisory experience - you will need to use your technical trade skills, to understand and learn new skills. This is a semi-hands on role, where at times you will need to lead local Australian and international personnel in various locations. Proactive attitude with the ability to build and develop relationships with a range of people. Customer interface and negotiations skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a small dedicated OEM team. Extensive travel required (internationally at times) - willingness to travel. Computer skills, intermediate understanding required. Experience with reading technical drawings and schematics. Work with customers on planning of resources required. Demonstrated shut-down work experience.
