Their busy office location requires the services of a highly skilled Corporate Security Supervisor to manage the front of house of the office space and manage a small team of Concierge Security Officers .

The Corporate Security Supervisor at this location plays an important role in the safety and security of the site. As the first point of contact visitors and staff have when entering the facility, the Corporate Security Supervisor at this location needs to leave a lasting impression of exceptional customer service.

The successful applicant will work a Monday to Thursday roster from 07:30 to 18:30 - 44 hours per week.

General Role Requirements/Responsibilities :

Take ownership of the reception/concierge service Greet and process visitors/contractors Provide excellent customer service to employees Deal with queries from customers/visitors and employees Interact with all levels of management and employees Manage a small team of Concierge Security Officers in Sydney and Melbourne Other duties as required by the client Skills, Experience and Requirements: Hold a current NSW Security licence First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 and HLTAID010) and CPR Certificate (HLTAID009) 2 years Corporate Security Supervisor experience Intermediate experience with computer software/systems i.e. Microsoft Suite, Visitor Sign in system, CCTV platforms etc Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills High attention to detail Proficient in working within a team environment and independently Excellent multi-tasking and customer service skills Ability to take initiative Benefits and perks: Full Time Position We only want the best, so if this sounds like the right move for you, apply now.
