We're seeking an exceptional communications Senior Consultant to join our Communications, Media and Corporate Affairs team. You will work closely with our leaders to develop and manage narratives, voice and messaging across all channels in a manner that is aligned to the firm strategy and business drivers. Who are you? A natural storyteller, you're creative with content, on top of the latest social and digital trends, and excited by the opportunity to bring your communication and campaign ideas to life - seeing them through from idea to implementation. What will your typical day look like? You will help deliver strategic communications and engagement, including change communications to support major transformation programs. Day to day, you will leverage your strengths in stakeholder management, communications strategy and execution, change communications, copywriting, storytelling, content creation and planning to bring our business strategies to life and engage our people. About the Team The Communications, Media and Corporate Affairs (CMC) team uses storytelling and creative communications to elevate the Deloitte brand, with consistent communications across all internal and external channels. Enough about us, let's talk about you. You are someone with: 3-5?years' communications experience - preferably in B2B Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience Excellent content creation, writing and communication skills Collaborative work style and adaptable growth mindset A strategic communicator who works deftly across all channels and platforms Creative and strong knowledge of digital marketing/content marketing Excellent interpersonal skills and project management experience Change communications experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
