In your new role, you will oversee administrative activities to support the Corporate business unit, ensuring compliance with Transgrid's policies, procedures, and relevant legislation. You will assist with monthly financial procedures, document preparation, and lead the development and implementation of administrative systems and processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, strong oral and written communication abilities, and a demonstrated capacity to be proactive and take initiative. About you Previous or relevant experience as a group administrator or team assistant in a large organisation. Familiarity with Office365 and a variety of document management systems. Demonstrated time-management skills. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders and present information concisely. Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative.
