You can use your creativity and knowledge to design and implement OD programs that positively impact our people across many sites Australia-wide.If you enjoy working as part of a committed team, identifying needs and delivering solutions, even if this means juggling multiple projects at once, then the Organisational Development Consultant role at Mercy Health might be the perfect opportunity for you.About you• Applied experience in Human Resources fields such as organisational development, employee experience, inclusion & diversity; and /or human centred design• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline such as organisational psychology.• Change management and project co-ordination skills with the ability to forward plan and prioritise deliverables effectively.• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience writing company wide and senior leader comms, and creating presentation packs for internal and external meetings and events.• Demonstrated experience in translating research and data into trends and usable insights.• Ability to design, develop and deliver training solutions to a diverse workforce (including staff with language, literacy and numeracy considerations).ABOUT US:Mercy Health is a Catholic organisation grounded in a 2,000-year tradition of caring for others.
