Reporting to the Manager, Demand Planning APAC, the Demand Planner is critical in developing the demand forecast using multiple data sources. This position is key to creating and managing the true consumer demand signals which drives the supply chain and company goals. This role will be the conduit in the cluster and country between the commercial teams and regional supply chain planning. You will be charged with making decisions that impact the demand plan and confidently communicate those decisions to key management stakeholders. If you are a well-rounded individual, able to manage ambiguity, that possesses exceptional analytical, communication and leadership skills, who quickly identifies deviations from expected results and other disruptions and is able to promptly resolve issues, you will thrive in this fast-paced and exciting role.

About the Role: Use and maintain current demand planning systems to create a reliable and highly accurate forecast possible Collect and analyse past and future demand inputs (such as distribution gains/losses, price changes, new/discontinued products and promotion plans) from sales and marketing and calculate their impacts on demand Make proactive recommendations to enhance business processes, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies Work with numerous cross functional partners on projects such as new product launches, discontinuations, and transitions to evaluate assumptions- new product forecast, and pipeline fill ..
