YOUR OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist who excels in the supply, sales, and delivery of customer solutions in the fastening and power tool industry. If you have a passion for these products, delivering customer solutions, and a track record of success, then this is the role for you.

In this hybrid role (WFH/WFO flexibility), you'll be based out of our Carole Park QLD office and report directly to the National Team Leader, and work closely with our sales and customer care teams to provide exceptional value and solutions to our valued customers.

What you'll do: Build, develop, and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers, using technical expertise to identify and deliver tailored solutions Provide technical sales support for fastening and power tool products, collaborating with our sales teams and vendors Maintain an opportunity pipeline, using performance reports, market insights, and customer feedback to drive sales and market share growth Utilise your product knowledge and expertise to support our sales and customer service teams Assist with quote and tender responses, recommending best products for specific requirements Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive innovation and excellence What you've got: Proven experience delivering technical expertise in the fastening, power tool or similar industry A desire to work face-to-face with customers, providing them with tailored technical solutions Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills to engage with our clients and stakeholders Strong time management and prioritisation skills, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment A collaborative mindset to build positive relationships across different functions within the organisation Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of CRM systems being highly regarded Our culture and benefits: To ensure our employees feel valued, supported, and celebrated, we provide a range of employee benefits including:
