Site Manager (Luxury Home Build) - Airlie Beach Site Manager Opportunity - Large Luxury Residential Home Build (Airlie Beach, QLD)

We're recruiting a Site Manager to take responsibility for all elements of this high-end large luxury home in Airlie Beach, QLD.

The successful candidate must be a 'builder' who can run a project from start to finish and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Full-Time, For the duration of the project (MUST WORK SATURDAYS)

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage and oversee all fitout and finishes trades, including but not limited to carpentry, painting, tiling, and plastering Overseeing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and materials for optimum workflow on-site Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure all finishes meet or exceed project specifications and industry standards. Proactively identify, report, and address any defects or issues, working closely with the Senior Site Manager to develop and implement effective solutions Maintain a safe working environment at all times, adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among tradespeople and colleagues. Use expertise to ensure that project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety Ensuring every project you work on is completed on schedule with a high-end finish Forward planning and daily running/ driving of the project schedules Quality control/ defect inspections throughout all stages of construction Running/ attending toolbox, and internal meetings  Coordinating with trades ahead of time to either book or confirm bookings  Understanding and using of internal systems (Procore) - training will be provided if need be Read and interpreting high-end architectural plans and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions and installation requirements About You The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate:

Have experience on High-end/Luxury Residential builds Extreme eye for detail as high quality is of the utmost importance Must be driven and understand critical timelines  Ability to communicate with trades the importance of schedules Minimum 5 years experience in the building/construction industry in this role Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to prioritise busy workloads & manage time effectively Must be punctual, self-motivated and have the ability to complete all tasks at hand Proactive attitude and leads by example Ability to resolve any issues on hand/ problem solving skills Ability to liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors etc. Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
