Order Entry Coordinator

At Light & Wonder, it's all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.Position SummaryEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Management of the order creation process including - processing all orders for Finished Goods and Conversions.Complete Machine and Conversion configuration.Creation, Maintenance of Contracts in our ERP systemRaise Sales Orders / Sales Credits (where required)Work with Production and Planning teams to establish anomalies with order informationMonitor Progress of all orders through the production process to maintain DIFOTMaintain Delivery ScheduleEnsure all jurisdictional approvals are received for DispatchesCoordinate delivery of finished goods and conversions with the relevant SuppliersCompile paper work for invoicing (soft format). Ensure order is complete, accurate and ready for Dispatch team to invoice.Answering Telephone / Email Enquiries from Agents/Sales and customersUpdate and maintain various Reports and RegistersLiaise with Product Management and Compliance regarding the release of Software and Hardware.Liaise with installation agents (Internal & External)Allocation of Installation DatesAllocation of EGM serial numbers.When required, running meetings with sales & operations, discussing upcoming orders, Forecast and status of current orders.Understand and complete Quick-change applications and other relevant Regulatory approvalsCirculate approvals to production/installation agents/venues as required.Assist other areas of the Operations Department when required.Training and/or Experience:One to two years related experience in a manufacturing or order entry environmentKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Highly developed customer service skillsTime management skills; the ability to manage multiple and competing deadlinesAbility to work under pressureMaturity to deal with people at all levels of the organisationStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work after hours (when necessary) and attend industry eventsAbility to translate customer requirements into technical solutionsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailMaintain confidentiality at all timesPunctualExcellent oral and written communication skillsEnsuring compliance with all internal and external policies, principles, guidelines and legislationEducation:Tertiary qualification or equivalent experienceQualificationsWorking Conditions:The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizationsWorkplace Health & Safety:Actively co-operate and comply with the company's WHS Policy and Program to ensure own health and safety and the health and safety of others in the workplaceEnsure compliance with safe work practicesEnsure not to put self and others at riskUse and maintain equipment properly and ensure that the work area is free of hazardsReport all incidents, injuries and near missesReport any hazard or accident to the supervisor or manager as soon as it becomes apparentAdvise your manager if you do not believe you have the skills, training or equipment to safely perform your duties(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.
