This is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a tidy portfolio of 150 properties in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane - working from home, with flexible hours on offer! They have a rare role available with a unique business structure, still managing properties, although with multiple tenants in co-living communities - a fulfilling position, with a similar/different approach to everyday Property Management.The Role: Portfolio Management of 150 properties North side portfolio WFH - full autonomy with satellite offices in Brisbane No trust accounting or invoicing Process and follow up on maintenance orders Prepare CMA's for lease renewals Issue leases Manage arrears Conduct exit reports Upload rental listings online Tenant sign-ups Liaise with owners and tenants Oragnise/manage co-living additional/extra options Benefits: WFH with flexible hours!
