This is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a small, tidy portfolio from home, with flexible hours on offer! They have a rare role available with a unique business structure, still managing properties, although with multiple tenants in co-living communities - a fulfilling position, with a similar/different approach to everyday Property Management.The Role: Portfolio Management of only 120 properties South/West PORTFOLIO WFH - full autonomy with satellite offices in Brisbane No trust accounting or invoicing Process and follow up on maintenance orders Prepare CMA's for lease renewals Issue leases Manage arrears Conduct exit reports Upload rental listings online Tenant sign-ups Liaise with owners and tenants Oragnise/manage co-living additional/extra options Monday - Friday only with flexible hours on offer!PERFECT for someone residing within the Logan/Greenbank area.Requirements and Qualifications: Previous Property Management experience MUST BE TRUSTWORTHY AND RELIABLE A current QLD Certificate of Registration is essential Avalid driver's license Strong Communication and organisation skills are a MUST Previous experience using Property ME software advantageous Benefits: WFH with flexible hours!
