You will work with a diverse team on the AM shift, providing a one-stop shop level of HR support to employees, Supervisors & Managers, including:Being first point of contact for HR mattersHigh levels of employee engagementProviding timely responses to queriesInterpretation & application of policyManaging grievances & complaintsSupporting ill & injured employeesWorking hours are Mon-FriAbout you: You will have strong, generalist HR experience (minimum of 2 years in a similar role), with experience in recruitment & selection, disciplinary & grievance investigations and use of HR Information Systems. You will have a high attention to detail & solid planning and organisational skills.
