We work with people of all ages, through private and government funding, with or without a diagnosis.  Our continued commitment to providing individualised services to all our families means we need committed and flexible therapists to join our team so we can reach more families across Western Australia. Your roles as a  Psychologist, will include but not limited to: Working with a range of clients of varying ages, presenting problems and complexities to provide a quality and ethically driven psychological services which will include to: Conduct clinical assessments to understand client needs/ determine goals in order to assist with treatment planning. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual clients. Deliver best practice, evidence-based interventions. Provide an outcome-based service by monitoring progress throughout intervention, against the intervention plan. Maintain and update records/ report requirements. Collaborate with family/ supports where relevant. Participate in discipline-specific, multidisciplinary and organisation-wide meetings along with individual supervision Working with people who are referred to Psychology services via a variety of referrals, including; Private referrals, Better Access (GP Mental Health Treatment Plan) and NDIS Contributing to the development and implementation of new initiatives within the psychology services team and DST as required  Desired Skills and Experience Skills and Experience Experience providing evidence-based intervention to a range of clients and presenting problems (children/adults). Skills in psychological assessment for the purpose of treatment planning and monitoring progress. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals from all backgrounds Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimum direct clinical supervision Willingness to achieve and maintain required training, credentialling and professional development to the scope of the client cohort. Ability to monitor and assess risk concerns, including risk of harm to others, or mental deterioration Registered as a Psychologist with AHPRA Working With Children Check NDIS Worker Screening Check National Police Check WA Driver's Licence Eligibility for Medicare Provider Number Experience working with clients including children with disabilities or willing to extend scope of practice by achieving and maintaining required training and credentialling related to new areas of practice Knowledge and experience working within the Disability NDIS sector Experience working with any of the following presentations: ADHD, ASD, PND, PTSD/CPTSD, and couples counseling. Qualified and experienced in ASD/ ADHD and other cognitive and learning assessments - including demonstrated experience in administration, interpretation, and reporting of a range of cognitive and adaptive behavioral assessment tools Comfortable working with Telehealth So, are you ready for more?
