Contact Center Specialist - Work From Home

Global Partners is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.2. Resolving customer issues efficiently and escalating to senior staff when necessary.3. Providing product information, processing orders, and handling customer complaints.4. Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation.5. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Demonstrating creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions for customer needs.

Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.2. Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.5. Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role.6. Flexible working hours and availability to work evenings and weekends.
