Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Nationwide is seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for candidates who are resilient, motivated, have excellent project management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, or feedback- Provide outstanding customer service and support in a professional and courteous manner- Utilize company resources and systems to accurately assist customers with their needs- Follow call center scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality service- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction, and call quality- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate channels for further assistance- Continuously learn and adapt to new products, services, and technologies to provide up-to-date information to customers

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficient in using call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
