Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Tenet Healthcare in Perth, Western Australia. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to client inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues with our products and services.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.5. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.6. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:1. Energetic and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service.2. Strong creativity and project management skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.5. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
