Nanosonics, a cutting-edge medical device company based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, is seeking a talented Online Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no specific years of experience are required, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: resilience and independence, along with soft skills such as negotiation and planning.

Responsibilities:- Assist with online research, data entry, and document preparation- Manage email correspondence and handle scheduling for executives- Coordinate virtual meetings and maintain communication with remote team members- Support social media marketing efforts and help create engaging content- Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Familiarity with online tools and platforms for virtual collaboration- Knowledge of basic online marketing principles is a plus
