About the role We are looking for a versatile and team focused Property Management Assistant to work closely with Property Managers and the Department Manager in our Residential Management Services team. The role can either be a trainee position or for someone with some existing property management industry experience.
Working on a portfolio of local properties, the role includes the following tasks:
Assisting the Property Managers in all aspects of their portfolios Completing entry condition reports for new tenancies Routine inspections of tenanted properties as required Liaising with tenants Arrears management and tenant invoicing Repairs and maintenance Lease signings and Lease Renewals Based in our Wollongong office and working weekdays only, no weekends! About You The role is suited to someone looking to establish their career in the property industry through a traineeship, or someone who has some Property Management administration experience. Either way you'll be proactive, have amazing attention to detail and love working with and supporting others. You will also have:
