We are proud ambassadors ofour incredible backyard - the Yarra Valley - and we are looking fora customer focused Casual Guest Services Agent to join our amazingteam at Yering Gorge Cottages.To be considered for this wonderful opportunity we are looking forsomeone who has the following qualities: Ideally you will haveprevious hotel experience or worked in a customer focused environment.A vibrant personality with a passion for exceeding guests'expectations and providing excellent customer service. A strongattention to detail. Has the ability to work within a team environmentand without supervision. An understanding of Guest Point and SiteMinder, or similar systems, is not essential but is advantageous.Excellent communication skills with a fluency in English essential; anadditional language - either Chinese or European - would be anadvantage.Our Front Office is open from 9am - 5pm and this position will bepart of a seven-day roster including weekend shifts.
