Job Description We are looking to appoint an experienced and professional Front Office Supervisor at Oaks Brisbane on Margaret Suites on a Full-Time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to lead an amazing team with excellent benefits available.
About the role: Guide & support the team in providing outstanding guest welcoming and experiences Act as a role model, sharing your expertise and continually inspiring the team Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner Conduct guest arrivals and departures Resolve & respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner Qualifications To be successful you will have: Previous Front Office Supervising experience Previous experience working within a Customer Service/ Customer Facing position Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills An unwavering positive attitude Professional presentation Additional Information Study for free and receive $1000!* Minor Hotels will support you obtain a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality whilst you work with us.
