About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our IT team. This role will lead, plan and conduct the business and/or systems analysis phases of projects. The Business Analyst will also be required to scope, plan, execute, and finalise projects according to agreed deadlines, budget and quality, while providing technical business guidance in the implementation of enhancements to existing or new technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities Identify, analyse and document project requirementsTranslate business requirements into technical requirementsWork with developers to scope effort/timeline for documented requirementsValidate the feasibility of business requirementsIdentify and actively pursue business and IT process improvement and re-engineeringConsult with stakeholders to understand key issues and develop options for reviewSupport user acceptance testing and conduct regular documentation reviewsDevelop and manage relationships with stakeholders and work cohesively with 3rd party vendors as requiredOrganise and conduct post implementation reviewsProvide leadership in Agile delivery methodologiesProvide improvement opportunities that will lift team performance and ensure smooth transition to operational support Required Skills & Experience eCommerce platform experience (HCL Commerce highly desirable) and/or demonstrated ability to work with various Retail SystemsUnderstanding of modern development technologies will be desirable alongside experience working within an Agile delivery teamExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levelsDetail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environmentIntermediate Microsoft skillsAbility to build relationships & work collaboratively with suppliers and peersAbility to work autonomouslyPerks Generous discount to be used across all of our 7 brands, and access to our sample sales across all brandsCentral office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner ParkWork closely within a supportive and collaborative environmentOpportunities to support your ongoing growth and developmentExperience working for an international company with 7 iconic Australian brandsBring your dog to work!If you fit the above criteria and are looking for an opportunity to grow with a business then this opportunity is for you - apply now!
