Job type Part-time   Location   Pulled from the full job description Work from home   Full job description Event and Marketing Manager Your responsibilities include: Oversee events from concept to completion Lead by example by having active presence across all events Work closely alongside operational stakeholders to ensure smooth operations eg Food and Beverage, Marketing, Security Act as a primary point of contact for all operational events Coordinating and overseeing all events Ensure all events are set up and compliant with WHS standards Manage external stakeholders on all aspects of event operations Actively drive key revenue goals and targets of the department Marketing · Management of daily enquiries by the internal team (promotional material and items, brand enquiries, club signage, advertising, and marketing campaigns) · Management of daily enquiries by members and guests via the website · Plan, design, manage and oversee all aspects of our social media and marketing platforms (Facebook & Instagram) · Graphic design · Electronic direct mail to 4,000+ members · Creation and management of in-house and external events · Work within the organisations brand guidelines to ensure consistency is maintained · Contribute ideas to the overall marketing strategy as a key member of the team · Creating and distributing promotional materials and advertisements · Digital marketing tasks- plan and direct marketing campaigns · Photography and editing · Liaising with external tourism companies, shopping centres, radio stations and news outlets · Manage social media content calendar · Website maintenance and editing · Identify current club trends and insights, analysing reports and metrics Functions · Actively seek and build relationships with external stakeholders to build large scale live music events. · Receive, respond, and manage customer enquiries · Be responsible for the team operation of all functions from initial bookings to room set up through to function coordination and completion · Execute the administration of events including creation of the initial contract, document signing, invoicing, running sheets and finalise billing in conjunction with Accounts Manager. · Collect and review functions feedback · Organise function catering orders in conjunction with Head Chef. To be successful in this role you will have/be: · Certificate in Marketing or Events or similar Proven ability to lead, plan and deliver events in a collaborative and professional way within a large organisation Experience working within fast paced hospitality environment Commitment to a high standard of service and customer focus Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, to work both autonomously and as part of a team · A passion for creating great marketing campaigns and designs · Demonstrated ability to collaborate with key and senior stakeholders across multiple parts of an organisation to deliver an outcome · Flexible working hours, with the ability to work from home balance · Great time management with exceptional planning skills · Knowledge of Facebook Ad Centre, Ad Manager and WordPress · Be able to manage large workloads · A personable, creative and driven individual who is self-motivated to work independently and can work as part of a team. · Experience in Canva design · RSA and RCG competency card or willingness to obtain · Australian Drivers Licence with reliable transportation Benefits of the role: Professional development - Grow your career Ongoing training and mentorship Be a part of a culture that celebrates team success, where we help others to succeed and are driven to find a way to make our challenges work for us. · Staff discounts on meals and coffees within the venue #J-18808-Ljbffr
