About the Role Reporting to the General Manager - Operations your role will consist of but not limited to:  Management of spare parts store and ordering  Verify and optimise strategies using MEX inputs. Review all work when planning an outage and sequences relevant Work Orders into the outage Review MEX to determine plans that need to be restarted and liaises with reliability technicians to ensure this is actioned Deliver sequenced work packages for complex maintenance activities. Plan work in accordance with the MEX Work Management process, accurately identifying the required components and resources prior to scheduling Plan and sequence packages of work identified as an Outage. Arrange specialist resources (where required) to support the completion of complex work Liaise closely with suppliers to ensure parts and materials are delivered on time integrating the Production plan, Capital plan, Strategy and Shutdown schedules to cost effectively utilise resources and planned plant downtime Review data trends across an equipment class to identify inherent issues common across equipment classes Create and modify Master Data when required Management of critical service providers  Provide technical and system support to develop the broader team Support the automation of planning processes by proactively turning tacit knowledge into system embedded information Identify opportunities for standardisation across sites What you'll bring Trade qualification, Engineering degree or appropriate time in role Equipment knowledge (area specific) Technical understanding of Condition Monitoring and Asset Health Principles Specific knowledge of planning & scheduling and Work Management process Awareness of Cost Management and Forecasting Processes. Ability to multi-task Good relationship management capabilities.  Good leadership skills and the ability to influence those outside of direct reporting lines. Flexible and adaptable. Able to respond positively to change and high-pressure situations.
