Toanswer this, you'll collaborate with your team of skillededucators, chair staff meetings, conduct performance reviews,facilitate staff training sessions, uphold YMCA policies,procedures and design/implement a high-quality learningcurriculum. You'll be great in this role ifyou… Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood orequivalent Can obtain First Aid, Asthma and AnaphylaxisCertificates Understand the National Quality Framework & NationalEducation & Care Services Regulations 2012 Have experience as a Manager/Director/Supervisor/AssistantDirector/Assistant Manager in an early childhood setting Retain knowledge in child development / high qualityprogramming practices.
