Service Supervisor - Surface Well Testing

Service Supervisor - Surface Well Testing Oil & Gas - Operations (Mining, Resources & Energy) You will mainly be responsible for providing supervision and coordination of Surface Well Testing (SWT) product service line (PSL) work at the well site, as well as providing excellent customer relations at the worksite during well testing or other type operation. Key Responsibilities Plans and performs necessary calculations for the job at the well site Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators Provides planning necessary for the job Ensure customer satisfaction with jobs performed Perform data collection and data distribution on jobs Role Requirements 5+ years of SWT experience At least 1 year of experience as a Service Specialist  Possess excellent knowledge of Halliburton standards Understanding of SWT troubleshooting Able to coach team members performance and promote high morale Promote and take an active part in quality improvement processes Why Join Halliburton?
