Job Description Referred and new business - Home Lending and Business Lending Supporting Small Business customers Career growth and development How will I help? Our Business Finance Managers build, acquire and maintain standout relationships with Small Business customers, working closely with referral partners as well as our Retail and Business Banking channels. With focus on Home Lending and Business Lending, you'll help our customers across many markets. You'll work flexibly and proactively to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. You will be embedded locally working out of one of our branches, and you'll find other ways to build that customer base - including effective external and internal referral networks.
