More about the Marketing Executive - Loyalty role at News Corp Australia The Marketing Executive - Loyalty is responsible for supporting the delivery and implementation of our consumer loyalty programs, The Australian Plus and +Rewards. This role plays a key part in driving engagement and retention within our core subscription business. As the Marketing Executive - Loyalty your responsibilities will include but are not limited to : Day-to-day implementation of loyalty programs, including offer building, testing, and program reporting. Customer Management System (CMS) and ensuring best practices. Coordination of member events, including asset management and stakeholder engagement. Supporting the Marketing Manager in managing partner relationships and development of post-campaign reporting. Contributing to and implementing marketing communications strategies across various channels to drive program engagement and minimise churn. Ensuring compliance with legal advice and program terms and conditions. Measuring and reporting program results, and provide insights to drive strategy. Acting as a customer champion, understanding member engagement drivers and pain points.
