Growing Fintech! Join at a critical time to support the budget process whilst supporting stakeholders with month-end and decision support. We are seeking a commercially minded, technically strong, and highly collaborative individual to join our client on an interim basis as a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager. As a senior member of their team, this individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day FP&A function, with a key focus on running the budgeting and forecasting process and leading/supporting management and investor reporting. Budgeting and Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process and complete the build of our budget model and dynamic forecast. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business strategy. Set budget guardrails and targets with executive leadership. Ensure clarity and validation of assumptions during the budget process. Prepare and present budgets, financial reports, and updates for stakeholders. Management Reporting: Prepare month-end analysis files and collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy. Generate mid-month forecasts and P&L snapshots. Conduct internal Finance reviews and support validation of financial data. Improve accessibility, accuracy, and transparency of financial data. Assist in validating cash vs. revenue and expenses based on business drivers. Other responsibilities will include: Financial Analysis and Ad Hoc Projects: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and scenario modelling. Support decision-making on business cases, pricing, and product development M&A Support: Lead financial aspects of M&A initiatives, including financial modelling and due diligence. Contract Management Support: Assist stakeholders in achieving good commercial outcomes. Liaise with external stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in FP&A roles, preferably in fast-paced environments. Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
