Opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a leading, global technology company. The Systems Lead & Key Account Manager will provide commercial leadership to existing and new key accounts throughout the region, managing the front line interface to customers on all systems issues and driving business development. This role will require deep expertise on the business stream, products, and seamless coordination with the global teams. This role will require technical expertise combined with a commercial mindset and ability to build deep customer relationships. Responsibilities: Business Development: Develop and lead new business pipeline activities. Own, develop and execute a stakeholder mapping and account management plan. Positioning: Keep abreast of macro customer topics of interest and industry trends, and develop white papers and other collateral. Technical Expertise: Have working knowledge of all products to be able to participate in a meaningful way on all product demos. Customer Success: Hold regular feedback sessions with customers, and solicit testimonials or success stories for marketing use and actively share feedback upstream internally to help us improve. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews across all Lines of Business and other proactive activities to drive customer engagement and opportunity identification Leadership: Develop and lead culture and non-technical development of the regional team. Budgeting and performance management Requirements: Minimum 7 years experience of complex account management. Technical mindset and curiosity. Sales experience - within SaaS would be beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops, create and deliver presentations. People leadership experience - with a focus on technical teams. Experience working in a matrix organisation. Ability to develop relationships and collaborate across all organisational levels. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
