We are a boutique Australian Financial Claims Group who specialises in helping members and clients in the claims handling and settling process.As a (Senior) TPD Claims Manager we represent the clients in the full end to end research & submission settling and handling processWe are on track to represent and support over 400 clients claims this year and are missing that 1 or 2 more integral team members - and could this be you!!! Qualifications & experience Preferred 2-3 years experience in a claims manager role either submitting, managing or assessing for approval a TPD, Life Claims Retail or Superannuation Portfolio ANZIIF (or equivalent) or Tertiary qualifications preferred however experience is in the role is what is more desirable With all the above would be expected you understand the regulatory environment such as the Life Insurance Code of Practice (specifically the 7 guiding principles that apply) and how this is executed in the clams process Having worked for either a Legal Firm, Financial planning firm or Insurer in a claims role is highly desirable. TPD & life claims experience - Retail or Superannuation Empathy, passion and a great diligence to client service that delivers not only trust and rapport, but deliver highly efficient outcomes Excellent time management skills with great computer literacy with the ability to write submissions and manage that process. Medical background or understanding of medical conditions is preferred Tasks & responsibilities Working with our Referral Sources and clients to onboard new claimants.
