The Company Our client is a dynamic and growth-oriented $80million turnover private equity-backed business, operating in the consulting space. Due to continued growth, the organisation is about to embark on a journey to build their in-house finance function and are in the market to hire a strong FP&A Analyst to report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The Role Reporting into the CFO, your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Ownership & delivery of the organisation's budgeting and reforecast processes Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and variance analysis. Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets. Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather relevant data, validate assumptions, and drive consensus on financial plans. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modelling to support decision-making and evaluate business opportunities. Continuously improve financial processes and reporting methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Other ad hoc duties as required by the CFO. Your Profile Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA, or equivalent) with 10+ years professional experience. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Strong proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
