As a pre-sales solution architect covering both CoreView and Simeon Cloud, there are no limits to your growth or potential. Responsibilities Provide support to the sales and channel team members during the sales motion. Your territory will cover APAC You may also be asked to cover opportunities in the Middle East. The sales motion will include new business, upsells, and cross-sells Client Needs Assessment: Collaborate with the sales and channel teams to understand clients' unique challenges and requirements, conducting in-depth needs assessments. Our clients include commercial customers and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and we are able to address each of their pains and challenges. Technical Presentations: Conduct compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our solutions meet clients' needs, with a focus on benefits and value. Deliver webinars and represent CoreView and Simeon Cloud at marketing events Deliver proof of value exercises for CoreView and trials for Simeon Cloud for opportunities in your territory Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with channel partners by acting as a trusted advisor and providing support as needed to ensure their success in the sale and/or implementation of our solutions. This could include SIs, VADs, VARs and MSPs. Product Expertise: Serve as a product expert, staying up to date with our SaaS offerings' latest' features and capabilities and ensuring a deep understanding of how they benefit clients. RFP Responses: Contribute to RFP responses by providing detailed technical content and ensuring alignment with client specifications. Cost Estimations: Collaborate with the sales team to estimate the costs associated with implementing our solution. Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about the competitive landscape and provide insight into how our solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, and value. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and other relevant materials to support the sales process. Requirements Bachelor's degree or relevant experience Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Solutions Architect in a sales or pre-sales role in the SaaS industry. Strong technical expertise Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical people Proven experience in designing and presenting technical solutions to clients. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment as well as independently. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID An understanding of hybrid Microsoft 365 environments (on-premise Active Directory) The ability to create scripts in PowerShell High level understanding of Azure DevOps Additional Notes All Applicants will be required to take a pre-employment assessment for consideration.
