Team and Role Overview Adenza is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead our global system implementations. The Project Manager will be responsible for multiple aspects of the process including the management and sign-off of customer requirements and delivery deadlines, effective communication with key customer stakeholders and internal management, the project management of internal and external project resources, and managing the project budget. Responsibilities Ensure the project and associated business case are scoped, initiated, and approved according to the required procedures Ensure the project is planned in a manner that delivers the required cost and quality and within the agreed scope, including appropriate milestone definition, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptions Ensure the project is resourced appropriately Analyze and identify possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve them or escalate as appropriate Ensure relevant and appropriate analysis, management information, and reporting are provided Ensure requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits, and other related project artifacts are documented and tracked Chairing appropriate governance meetings and ensuring outputs and artifacts are produced and distributed. Utilize the relevant governance bodies/steering committees for the purpose they are established Ensure project stakeholder awareness, engagement, and communication Ensure the project ends according to the agreed financial plan Manage project team members consistent with our management principles Ensure the project closes according to the required procedures including post-implementation reviews Skills And Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required with a cumulative GPA of 3.6 or higher Proficient in both PMI and Agile methodologies: CSM and PMP are required 6-10 years of relevant experience working in Financial Services is required US Regulatory Reporting exposure is preferred Experience in SharePoint, Project Plan/Publisher, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in working with JIRA/Confluence preferred Demonstrate experience in governing or supporting projects to successful conclusions Experience in the refinement, deployment, and general usage of standard governance methods Experience in developing, analyzing, and tracking financial business cases Proven ability to assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies effectively and accurately Experience in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders. and team members.
