Responsible for ensuring thedivision is a healthy, profitable, efficient and developingbusiness within SW Accountants & Advisors, you will alsoguarantee the division meets its Key Performance Indicators(KPI's) and the expectations of the firm. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage and administer an existing portfolio of SWclients Provide leadership, support and resources to the managementgroup Provide input into determining the Key PerformanceIndicators, budgets and future direction of the division Deliver cost effective administration of the division Ensure the technical expertise, and level of client serviceprovided by the division is of a high standard Provide all staff with quality training and professionaldevelopment opportunities Ensure Managers and senior staff provide appropriate levelsof guidance, feedback and support to staff Participate in the selection of staff into the division andthe development of a positive, client service culture withinthe division Other duties required by the Firm or the Partners Key Skills and Experience: A minimum of 7 years' experience working in aBusiness Services environment in a Chartered / CPA accountingpractice and have had significant exposure to tax and financialaccounting Must be a fully qualified CA / CPA Technically proficient and up to date with taxation law andaccounting developments Confident reviewing client work, identifying issues andopportunities to value add Experienced at developing good working relationships withclients Excellent time management skills and ability to ensuredeadlines are met for a large group of clients.
