Use your experience on a wide range of projects, from commercial to infrastructure.  Designing and documenting hydraulic projects pertaining to water / plumbing, gas / fire services through concept, design development and detailed documentation stages Providing hydraulic design expertise on single and multi-disciplinary projects Prepare Hydraulic documentation using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.  Coordinating Hydraulic design requirements with internal and external disciplines/services in a 3D environment. Collaborating with engineers and associated professionals to ensure the design documentation is issued in accordance with the project program, regulations and specifications of the contract Build strong relationships with clients and recognise business development opportunities Train and mentor cadets/junior drafters. Your "outside the box" thinking and experience will be a huge asset in this role along with the ability to establish strong relationships with Clients and all internal company divisions (nationally).   The successful candidate will have:  QBCC Hydraulics Services Design Licence or the ability to quickly obtain a licence. Have at least 5 years' experience as a Hydraulic Designer in the Australian building services sector or similar Experience with drafting with AutoCAD or Revit is highly desirable. Up to date and thorough knowledge of local and statutory requirements, legislation, and Australian Standards Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) information of a complex nature with all stakeholders across multiple disciplines including work colleagues and clients Ability to exercise well developed problem solving skills and use initiative to work independently to meet desired objectives. Must have full & unrestricted work rights for Australia. Have an eye for detail and accuracy. This is a most, sort after company and a definite "employer of choice".
