Full timeExcellent Benefits + Hybrid WFH once fully trainedOnsite Training at our North Sydney Office for first 6 weeks7.6 hours per day on a rostered basis between 8am - 8pm Monday to FridayOur contact centre operates on Saturdays from 8am - 5pm so there may be times when you'll be required to work on a Saturday. However, if you work this shift, you will be entitled to a rostered day off (RDO) during the weekOnce competent in role, there will be an opportunity to work from home on a hybrid basis. Join our team and be a part of shaping the future of our organisation in our modern new home.About the RoleOur Inbound Sales and Service Consultants are responsible for answering inbound service and sales calls from a variety of customers and providing them with prompt, efficient, professional service regarding their insurance needs.Key responsibilities (however, not limited to the below):Providing accurate information efficiently and in relation to home and motor general insurance productsEstablishing new policies within agreed delegated levels of authorityUpdating and providing accurate information on existing policiesRetention of existing policies for Customers looking to cancelAchieve set business key performance indicators (KPI's)Maintain accurate customer and policy records on General Insurance systems via quality data processingObjection handling and problem-solving Customer concerns and queriesYour knowledge & experiencePrevious experience in any retail, hospitality or contact centre customer service positionStrong focus on delivery of superior customer serviceProven capability to interact over the telephone in a clear and professional mannerWorking at Hollard At Hollard you will be part of a supportive, valued and committed team.
