Great junior-level opportunity in our MYER Digital Marketing Team Play a key role in our Digital Marketing initiatives, picking up new skills & projects in a fluid team Flexible hybrid working model - work from both our centrally-located Docklands office and the comfort of your home Myer is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the digital marketing team to drive both online and in-store traffic, revenue, profit, and customer acquisition. You will assist with the ongoing management of digital marketing channels, campaign and calendar alignment, as well as ongoing reporting and analysis.  About the Role: Coordinate with the marketing and online trade teams to align, brief and implement creative, messaging and priorities across digital marketing channels Contribute to the review of all assets to ensure accuracy of content, specifications, and messaging  Deliver internal reporting and analysis of digital marketing channels as necessary Collaborate and build relationships with new and existing agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders on day-to-day operational tasks Manage workload and meet deadlines in an efficient manner, always delivering high quality work Assistance and collaboration with new projects and initiatives  About You: 1+ years professional experience in a similar field i.e. digital marketing, analytics and/or large organisation Demonstrable experience working with data in Excel (I.e., v-lookups, pivot tables and basic functions), and comfortable working with numbers Ability to communicate confidently (written & verbally) and articulately to stakeholders of all levels Dynamic thinker with strong attention to detail and organisation skills Analytical and driven by data to make decisions - always asking 'why' and looking to learn A 'can-do' attitude with a strong desire to grow and succeed within the role Motivated, adaptable, and willing to help with diverse types of tasks to support the team An understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including campaign management, tracking, and reporting Benefits to you: Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discounts Access to lifestyle leave and volunteer leave - arrange work around your life, not life around work!
