The Position Provides leadership within Food Services, advice and counsel on catering policies and practices. Provides regular feedback on Food Services and supports delivery of key performance indicators to the Executive Chef Ensures correct input of data for the monthly meal statistics and pantry impress. Supports Executive Chef with recruitment, induction and ongoing training of Catering Department Caregivers Management of Performance Reviews and Development for Catering Department Caregivers. Recruits appropriately skilled staff to meet the needs of the Food Services department and adheres to the Equal Opportunity Legislation. You will have a sound understanding of Food Safety Programs and HACCP compliance and demonstrated catering experience in a coordinator / team leader capacity, with a focus on team development for service. To succeed you will have a demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively and foster productive interpersonal relationships. In addition, you will possess the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads and a high level of computer literacy.
