The Role: Our client is looking for a NSW Sales General Manager to join their incredible Sales team. This is a great opportunity to utilise your leadership, sales, and HVAC expertise. We are looking for expertise within HVAC Commercial/ Dealer/Wholesale.   The positions main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets in NSW Monitor the market, industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Lead, coach and support your team to develop and execute effective sales plans that increase and drive sales growth Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customer suppliers and other parties as required Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that optimise efficiency and reduce costs Manage and monitor financial performance of the region including budgets, forecasts, financial reporting and cost management Analyse financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability Skills & Experience:  Extensive previous Sales leadership experience in a similar position and understands the NSW HVAC market across either Commercial/ Dealer/Wholesale Proven experience with operational planning, execution and negotiating effectively to achieve optimal results Strong experience in providing direction, strategy and ability to influence change Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders High emotional intelligence and focus on continuous improvement Please note that medical and police/background checks are required as part of this recruitment process.  How to apply: Does this amazing opportunity sound like you?  Is it the next opportunity you've been waiting for?
