Are you a seasoned Property Manager looking for your next opportunity?We are actively seeking a motivated individual to join the team andmanagea diverse portfolio of propertiesin the ACT region. Key Responsibilities Overseeing a portfolio of residential properties in the ACT, ensuring their efficient management and maintenance. Liaising with property owners, tenants, and contractors to address maintenance issues, lease agreements, and any other property-related matters. Conducting regular property inspections and addressing any concerns or maintenance needs promptly. Handling rental inquiries, tenant screenings, lease negotiations, and rental agreements. Managing rent collection, arrears, and financial reporting for the assigned portfolio. Staying updated on relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to property management in the ACT. Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Property Manager role, preferably within the ACT real estate market. Hold a valid ACT Certificate of Registration Strong knowledge of property management practices, legislation, and regulations in the ACT. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
