Join our small and passionate team as we embark on an exciting journey, and contribute to our success and growth.  Responsibilities: As the Sales and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:  Driving Revenue Growth Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships Creating Marketing Campaigns Manage Sales team Additional Skills: Formal sales/marketing qualifications are desirable but not essential Current (or desire to become and remain current) with the latest sales and marketing best practices, strategies and tactics Current (or desire to become and remain current) with the following computer tools: - Microsoft Office Suite - CRM (Monday.com) Working knowledge (or desire to obtain a working knowledge) sufficient to oversee / project manage others working on the following:  - Accounting software (Xero)  - Email Marketing platforms  - Digital Advertising Tools - Social Media Management - Basic Graphic Design skills - Data Analysis and Viasualisation  - Project Management Software - Email and Communication Tools  - A/B Testing Tools  Industry Experience  Prior sales/marketing manager role held in a comparable service-based field or related industry Leadership/Management experience/capabilities Demonstrate a track record in leading, managing and driving accountability across various marketing team members and achieving sales based KPI's Current (or desire to become and remain current) with the following communication skills - Presentation skills  - Clear verbal communication skills  - Active listening  - Written communication - Interpersonal skills  - Cross-function collaboration  - Negotiation skills  - Crisis communication  - Adaptability  - Conflict resolution  Tasks to be completed between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:30 pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
