About the Role  The  Inbound Team Leader  is responsible for supervising the workforce in work area ensuring Safe work practices and environments are maintained and improved. The role will ensure work is completed in work area to meet our DIFOT commitments to our Customers. The main duties and key responsibilities of the role are: Ensuring work is completed on or ahead of time planned. Using planned labour to complete tasks. Maintain housekeeping of work area Provide reports/handovers to Supervisor/Manager daily advising or performance Ensure compliance with: SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) & Code of Good Wholesaling Practice (FOR MEDICINES IN SCHEDULES 2, 3, 4 AND 8) Ensure all receipt and put away is completed within 24 hrs All deliveries are booked in, logged and sent to Replen daily Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring cycle counts are completed and all discrepancies are investigated and reported Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of Purchase Orders and Sales Orders Manage pickface replenishments to minimise stock out and short picks Assist with picking and outbound duties as required Comply with requirements of State occupational health and safety (OH&S) legislation. Cooperate with all health and safety policies and procedures of the business Identify, assess, prioritize and control risks to the health and safety of staff and visitors in your work area.  Skills and Experience: Previous leadership experience in a warehousing environment desirable High Risk Forklift Licence highly desirable Operational proficiency of Warehouse departments and functions Have ability to multi-task while leading a warehouse team of min 30 empolyees. Possess organisational skills and an attention to detail Have a strong work ethic Strong communication skills both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
