Inside Sales Support

About the Role Supporting BOQ Cashflow Finance, Insurance Premium Funding (IPF), an opportunity has become available as Internal Sales Representative! As part of BOQ Finance, you will provide valuable support to a team of IPF Business Development Managers. In this role, the successful candidate will assist with new and renewal business quotes, third party accreditation, application assessment, submission preparation, and conversion of the sale. In addition to sales activities, a key component of the role is to provide regular support to field sales staff through administration support within the BOQF Cashflow business. This role plays an important part in developing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners and customers fostering long lasting and positive business interactions. Provide timely turnaround of tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) whilst maintaining appropriate credit and business standards Completing submissions for Cashflow applications, working to a very high level of accuracy, submitting submission to Credit Undertake and complete tasks/projects assigned by the Senior Manager Asset Finance, Regional managers and Head of Business, which contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the Cashflow business Manage service proposition on commercial transactions for BOQ Finance, while building and maintaining strong working relationships with our introducer networks.
