Role Overview: As the Site Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your responsibilities include planning, leading subcontractors, managing time efficiently, ensuring quality and client satisfaction, and managing issues and risks effectively. Responsibilities: 1. Planning and Coordination: Schedule work activities to ensure alignment with project timelines provided by project management. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Conduct daily site visits to inspect and supervise work progress, addressing any issues promptly. Address any issues that may impede work progress as they arise, ensuring swift resolution. Maintain cleanliness and organization at work sites, adhering to high company standards. Ensure work is executed according to agreed plans and complies with building regulations and safety standards. 3. Time Management: Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure work is completed according to schedule. Arrange necessary logistics such as booking loading docks and providing access to tradies on-site. 4. Quality and Satisfaction: Foster positive relationships with building managers and clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project. Uphold HasBuilt's quality standards by ensuring workmanship meets expectations. 5. Issue and Risk Management: Collaborate with project and construction managers to address and resolve any issues or risks promptly. Investigate incidents or delays on-site to ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations. 6. Monitoring Progress: Keep clients and subcontractors informed of project progress through regular updates and communication. Maintain accurate reporting and documentation using tools such as iAudit and providing reports to management as required. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety protocols. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges under pressure.
