Talent - Specialists in tech, transformation & beyond Management (Information & Communication Technology) Talent International is working in partnership with a national, government-funded organisation focused in the healthcare sector to assist in hiring a Business Analysis Manager based in Macquarie Park Due to continued growth and a number of digital initiatives, which are being driven directly from the CIO, the successful candidate will be the conduit between the various internal business units and the IT Services Department. The role will report to the Head of IT Delivery and will be responsible for managing a small team of business analysts and product owners with the purpose of the role to ensure that there is effective demand and resource management and ensure that projects align with the IT strategy in support of the overall business strategy under IT PMO governance Key responsibilities will include Manage the Demand for IT services, with support of Head Delivery Lead and align Product Owners and Business Analyst on top priorities of work as defined by Head of Delivery and follow IT-PMO guidelines for intake and major projects. Consult with business unit's and review IT usage, services, technology, and department specific projects to identify, forecast and develop IT needs. Present alternative strategies, new products, and service offerings to reduce negative impacts to projects. Support development of the business case. Analyse and report operational and financial impacts of vendors, products and services. Ensure that initiatives adhere to the IT PMO Governance.
