Electrical Service Manager Brisbane $130k-$165k + Car + Super APAC FM have been briefed to source an industry leading Electrical Service Manager to take the reigns and grow their division in Brisbane. A great opportunity for a long standing contractor backed by over 100 years+ of operations since their inception - Hence why they are well engrained within the industry and work closely with the most prestigious clients. What's in it for you: Managerial role where you can dictate the future of the Service division. Strong growth plans increasing their team aggressively in the next 12 months up to at least 15+ direct reports. Directly manage P&L responsibility in excess of $3m+ Bespoke ongoing training and development opportunities from Day1. Proven progression across Technical & National roles for outstanding performance. Work on some of the best contracts within the industry inc retail accounts such as Coles & Kmart & Westfield (5 years+ renewal). Excellent senior leadership team who promote accountability & growth. Responsibilities: Responsible & accountable for delivery on Service & Project contracts including quality of work, on time & within budget. Support branch manager and provide leadership to Senior Technicians. Key account management & client liaison and ability to quote works from $5k-$50k confidently identifying opportunities. Problem solving and driving a culture of excellence across the team(s). Work with the leadership on growth strategy. Qualifications: Full Permanent Australian Work Rights.
