We currently have an exciting opportunity at our Perth Office for a Strategy Manager to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. About this role As our Strategy Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our largest energy transformation in a generation! Based at our vibrant Perth Office, you'll play a pivotal role in developing the Corporate Strategic Plan and monitoring industry changes to position Western Power for success. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing Strategy team Lead the strategic planning process to define corporate strategy; Actively manage strategy execution and performance metrics; Monitor and analyse the business environment to provide insights and recommendations; Ensure alignment of all business strategies with the strategic plan; Foster strategic relationships and collaboration within the organization; and About you We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include: Demonstrated leadership and people management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels and influence decision making A seasoned professional with extensive expertise in managing business planning, strategic analysis or development in a large multi-disciplined organization requiring an advanced understanding of diverse practices and principles.
