We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead Rehabilitation Consultant to come join the team in Cairns. Main duties of the role include: Business development in the region  Strategic leadership in marketing meetings and team meetings  stakeholder relationships Mentoring a team of consultants  Supporting the GM  Managing a small caseload of clients  This is a full-time position, part time will also be considered.  Benefits: $95K - $100K + super + bonuses + relocation assistance Remuneration based on billable hours commitment and experience  Flexible hours and work arrangements Career development support Formal mentorship program  Tools of trade - laptop, mobile phone, ipad all provided  Professional development  Access to fleet vehicles  About You: Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or similar AHPRA registration Industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (highly regarded) Experience within employment services (highly regarded) Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience Mediation or Facilitated Discussion experience is also desirable but not essential  Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management Outstanding communication and networking skills Excellent writing skills and experience writing reports Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment  Able to work independently and as part of a team  Australian driver's licence  Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed  Eligible to work permanently in Australia About Us: MediRecruit is Australia's premier boutique recruitment destination for medical practitioners and healthcare candidates.
