High hourly rate + car + phone Experience working for an industry leading business Staff training and development for career progression Skills required for success in this role: Cert II/Cert III horticulture or Parks & Gardens - preferred ChemCERT is advantageous 3+ years qualified experience commercial landscape industry 2+ years' experience as a team leader managing a team Ability to prioritise time and the skill to running an efficient site Excellent communication with clients and colleagues What Fresh needs from you: Ability to manage a team and prioritise workload An eye for detail and quality work Excellent work ethic and attitude with the ability to be on the tools working Focused on the task and ability to get the job done no matter the circumstances Ability to train staff such as apprentices and labourers We are looking for a Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join our team who has vast experience working across high end commercial sites.
