About the Role As the Sales Order Processing Manager, you will manage the Sales & Operations team to govern all aspects of Sales and Operation in the relevant areas and systems. Reporting directly into the Head of Supply Chain, you will manage the timely and accurate processing of retailer sales orders, invoicing, deliveries and retailer returns and along with maintaining a high performing team that delivers excellent customer service in relation to retailer inquiries and orders. Main responsibilities include but not limited to:- Work in multi-functional teams as the leader of the SOP function Deal and respond to queries/issues and providing appropriate support mechanisms to ensure a robust and compliant system performance Provide technical expertise and, where required, leadership to the business on projects/initiatives involving assessment, design, development, and implementation of SOP systems Always take a best practice approach to SOP processes whilst remaining audit compliant Take responsibility for approval of system documentation, including testing; ensuring this complies with regulatory requirements Liaise with Supply Chain for ongoing issues with live operations Liaise with other departments of the ANZ market to ensure an optimised, effective, and efficient SOP operation Oversee implementation of any global change requests arising from deployments or support Lead a team of order-processing for B2B and B2C sales orders, including EDI, bulk orders, store staff sales and internal customers (e.g. Marketing) and assist with training new staff Manage retailer inquiries relating to placement of orders, confirmation of orders, delivery, promotions, product and other related matters Manage the processing of stock returns from retailers Always act in the best interests of Dyson and ensure that issues are dealt with and resolved quickly, escalated where necessary Balance the team work load through the week to ensure all team members have equal work load and variety Identifying efficiencies and improvements to improve the service levels and effectiveness of the sales support function Up selling of products to retailers when required Liaise with sales and manage retailers when orders exceed the credit limit Lead the investigation and process claims for late delivery, damage and losses by couriers Manage, develop and provide clear reporting on Sales, Returns and other activities About You To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional leadership, prioritisation, analytical and customer service skills. You are a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and has the ability to work closely with sales team members with end to end responsibility. Experience of SAP Sales Order Processing is a must, Discrepancy Processing, Pricing, Billing and EDI solutions Exceptional leadership, prioritisation, analytical and customer service skills SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (Preferred) Excel, VBA and PowerPoint (Required) At Dyson, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
